Our success as a Company and Brand is not only due to the quality, appearance and user friendliness of ORSTO watches. Another less obvious, but very important part of our business model, is having our finger on the pulse of the end user. The people who ultimately pay their hard earned money to buy our products.
How we keep up to date with consumer requirements and satisfaction are our own direct ‘Customer Satisfaction Surveys’ and international ‘Google Consumer Surveys’.
Customer Satisfaction Surveys are an invaluable tool in helping us to identify quickly any problems to resolve or improvements to make, to retain our customers by building on existing relationships and starting new ones.
Google Consumer Surveys give us the insight that we need to ensure that we are developing in the right direction, both our products and services, that consumers want, desire or expect.
We analyse the Survey responses to identify what our customers love or dislike, whether it be our products or services, or the services provided by our official retailers and then we use this information to maintain our high standards and continue to make improvement whenever possible.
